Please tell me those are taquitos around the edge of the cake.
Hi Minda, these are not taquitos. We're here in Singapore and according to my search, taquitos are a mexican dish and it is a savoury. Mine are what we call "chocolate love letters". They are biscuits rolled up with chocolate fillings inside.
