I wanted to try a new chocolate cake made of feuilletine

But Phoon Huat do not sell it.

The SA suggested rice crisp.
Why not....the type of cereal Baby E likes tastes like rice crisp (to me).

So, I made this:

But the rice crisp is not crispy after leaving them in the open.
Feels cheated. But gained some knowledge.
Nevertheless, Happy Birthday to her!!!
