Mix Tim Tam biscuits with cream cheese. Chill in fridge and roll into balls. Attached to skewers.
Melt Chocolates (I did a combi of milk and dark) with a little shortening
Let chocolate harden
Part 1 ---> Completed. Chill in fridge.
Part 2 ---> Decorate with icing. Mine is cream cheese icing.
Place in paper cups for easy storage.
Decorate with ribbons for extra points in presentation.
Results: 2 Thumbs up!
I've received suggestions to roll them with nuts,
add in more crunchy biscuits,
or even some rum and vodka.
