Lotus paste biscuit

What do you do with extra lotus paste??
(from my moon cakes expedition)

I make them into lotus paste biscuit.
It tastes like tau sau pia (chinese mung bean biscuit),
filled with lotus paste instead of tau sau.

Wanted to inject some kawaii feel to it.
